Welcome to SnailAdventure! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your participation in our in-person entertainment experiences at our venue in Surfers Paradise, Queensland. By booking an experience or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SnailAdventure provides offline, physical entertainment experiences in a themed casino-style environment. We offer educational and recreational activities involving casino games for entertainment purposes only. We do not offer real-money gambling. All activities are played with fun tokens that have no monetary value.

2. Booking and Payments

Reservations: You can book a time slot via our website. Payment is typically collected in-person upon arrival at the venue.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up for a reservation may result in a fee or restriction on future bookings.
Pricing: Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

3. Conditions of Entry

To participate in our experiences, you must meet the following conditions:

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
Code of Conduct: We maintain a safe and respectful environment. Harassment of staff or other guests, intoxication, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
Physical Venue: You understand that all services are provided face-to-face at our physical location. No online gameplay is offered.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in our activities, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with any physical activity or public gathering. SnailAdventure is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs on our premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
